How to get Promoter Access

Create an account, submit your event with a flyer, request promoter access, then book a walkthrough. Early adopters can explore the full dashboard at no upfront cost.

Post your event and upload a flyer so we can line everything up with your listing.

Step 3 — Request promoter access

Find your event in the form below and submit your request. Include your contact info so we can enable your dashboard.

Step 4 — We enable your account

We review your request, turn on promoter dashboard access, and set you up with a test event to explore functionality. Most requests are handled the same day.

Step 5 — Book a walkthrough

Schedule a free walkthrough at a time that works for you. We’ll guide you through the dashboard and answer your questions.

Step 6 — Run your show

We help set up your classes — you handle entries and the draw, then manage live results and payouts on show day. Riders follow along on a live dashboard.
