How My Series Works

One public page for your whole season.

Start in My Events, build the series, set your scoring rules, feed it from show day — or upload results from shows run outside the platform. Riders follow one shareable leaderboard instead of chasing every event.

What Is My Series?

My Series sits on top of the Year-End Standings add-on. You group the shows and classes you care about into a named season board — Spring Circuit, Youth Series, Open 3D — then publish earnings, points, class results, attendance, and qualifications on one public URL riders can share.

The Season Workflow

Same order you'll use all year — set it up once, then keep feeding shows into the series.

Step 1 — Set up in My Events

Open My Events, then go to My Series & Points.

Step 2 — Create Your Series

Name the season board riders will follow all year.

Step 3 — Presets & Options

Choose what the public page shows and how points are scored.

Step 4 — Show Day

Add classes from the show you just ran and publish them into standings.

Step 5 — Upload Outside Results

Bring in CSV, OCR, or shared results from shows run off the platform.

Step 1

Set up in My Events

Everything starts on My Events after you have promoter access.

  1. Sign in → your name menu → My Events.
  2. Open the My Series & Points tab. Riders do not see this tab.
  3. Season boards live under Earnings and Points. Series setup lives under Series & Public Links on the same tab — or jump with the My Series card.

Open My Series & Points →

Step 2

Create Your Series on My Series

Your Series is the editor for each named board — name, year, photo, editors, and the tabs that feed the public page.

  1. From Series & Public Links, enter a name (for example Spring 2026 Circuit) and click Create Series. Optional: also create a Promoter Hub for that series.
  2. Or open an existing row — each shows Published or Draft plus the public link path.
  3. The editor opens at /my-series. Set series name, optional tagline, and year. Stacked sections include Series preset, Photo & Info, and Editors. Tabs below: Events & Classes, Series Entry, Shared Results, Edit Saved Results (and Roster when the preset uses a member list).

Go to Your Series →

Step 3

Presets & Options

The series preset controls scoring and what riders see. Saving a preset updates every series that still uses it — set rules once, reuse them all season.

Page layout

Turn on any mix of Earnings, Points, Class results, and Attendance. Riders only see the tabs you enable.

How points are scored

Place scale, type points in, NBHA 5D, IBRA 3D/4D, custom divisions, or time splits — rider only or horse and rider.

Who gets points

Use a series member roster, select all entries, or check riders yourself on each class.

Attendance & invites

Overall attendance once per show or per day entered, named lists (Futurity, etc.), and year-end invite / qualifications badges.

In the series editor, open Series preset → choose or create a preset → Manage series presets for layout and scoring. Preview layout while logged in; riders do not see the page until you Publish.

Step 4

Show Day — Running a Show on the Platform

When the show is run in Event Management, feed that event into the series after (or as) results land.

  1. In the series editor, open Events & Classes. Filter by event or show date, then Refresh.
  2. For each show: Add points / Edit points when the preset includes Points standings, or Add to Series for results / earnings / attendance without points.
  3. On the event Series screen, add all classes or pick them one at a time. Calculate points when needed, then Save & Publish so the class counts in series standings.
  4. You can also reach this from Event Management → Points (Series heading): presets, view public standings, and class add controls.

Status on each class shows In series standings or Not in series standings. Unpublish removes it from the public board without deleting the show.

Step 5

Series Entry from Outside the System

Not every count-in show has to be run on barrel-racing.app. Bring those results into the same series board — scoring follows this series' preset.

Enter manually

Type rider, horse, and time (or points) in Series Entry when you have a short list.

CSV upload

Upload Rider / Horse / Time from another promoter’s show or an office spreadsheet.

OCR results

Scan a printed or photo results sheet when you do not have a clean CSV.

Shared results

Pull shows another promoter shared with you — no retyping when both of you are on the platform.

In the series editor, use the Series Entry tab (manual, CSV, or OCR). Use Shared Results for shows shared with you, and Edit Saved Results to reopen a session later.

Publish & Share

Choose at least one page layout option on the preset, Preview layout, then Publish and Copy the public URL. Anyone with the link can view a published series — no login required for riders.

Optional: show the series on your Promoter Hub Series tab so riders reach View Full Standings from your hub home page.
