- Benefit barrel race for Summer, Blade, and Marquise who were injured in a highway accident on July 3, 2026 while traveling between rodeos. Summer's horse Million was critically hurt, Marquise broke multiple bones, and their truck & trailer were heavily damaged. Race proceeds will help with all the bills resulting from the accident. $500 minimum added money (TBA) Entry: $10 processing fee, $5 exhibitions, $35 Open 5D, $10 ride sessions, $25 Youth 4D (1/2, 1/2, 1 sec. splits), $20 Rising Stars (any age rider, not fast enough for youth or open), $10 Pee Wee (age 8 & under, separate classes for unassisted and leadline riders) Event schedule: 9:30 a.m. - Arena & office open; 10 a.m. - Exhibitions followed by up to 40 runs; Noon - Exhibitions followed by up to 40 runs; 2 p.m. & 2:30 p.m. - 25 min. ride sessions, max 7 horses per session; 4 p.m. - Exhibitions followed by up to 40 runs; If needed 6 p.m. - Exhibitions followed by remaining runs
